Quality

Claughtons is committed to rigorous Quality Assurance (QA), and considers this area one of the company’s competitive advantages. We have adopted QA practices and procedures based on the BS EN ISO 9002 model, and these form the basis of our operating practices and MIS.

This attribute and agility is a vital part of the Claughtons business model. Research suggests that ISO accreditation can impose a certain rigidity and inertia into policy and procedures, and so Claughtons has no plans to seek ISO accreditation until such time as the company can be certain that responsiveness to customers needs will not be compromised.

We would further suggest that any actual product quality queries are completely addressed by the record of our long-term supply relationships with organisations throughout the entire GEMs and major PLC market sectors.
