Do you offer installation services?

Yes. We provide full installation services for all the furniture products that we supply, as well as power and data, plumbing installation services, floor coverings, suspended ceilings, window blinds and interactive technologies. We also offer a project management service to make sure everything goes smoothly. Call us today on 0333 577 3235 or email info@claughtons.com to see how we can help you.

Do you offer warranties and guarantees?

Yes. All our manufactured furniture comes with a 5 year warranty. Items we supply that are manufactured by others will have a minimum of a one year guarantee, but this may be more dependent on the product type.

How do I place an order?

We'll assign a business development manager to your account who'll help you to plan, specify and select your furniture. They're also on hand to provide drawings and quotations, and will work with you to ensure that all the information you need is available to you. Once you're happy, you'll need to approve the drawings and proposals and provide a Purchase Order Number and/or written confirmation that you'd like to proceed with the project via email or letter. We'll then process the order, issue a Purchase Order Confirmation and provide invoices in line with our agreed proposals.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We'll work with you to fit in with your timescales wherever possible. Items from our catalogue may take only a few days to be delivered, but a larger project involving the manufacture of furniture and installation services may need a lead time of three to six weeks depending on how busy our factory is.

Can I make a change to my order?

If you want to make any changes to your order, please email info@claughtons.com or call us on 0333 577 3235 and we'll do our best to help. Early alterations within a few days aren't usually a problem. But once the goods are in production, you're bound to accept them, so we may have to charge you a cancellation fee to cover our costs. Please note that when goods are ordered at different times, we can't absolutely guarantee colour matching due to variations between batches. Changing an order may cause a delay with your delivery time and may alter the price you've been quoted.

Are you able to provide finance for furniture products and services?

Do you offer quantity discounts?

All our quotations are based around an individual's specific requirements, so price may vary. But we always strive to offer best value for money.

I need a product, but it's not showing in your catalogue – can you source this for me?

We'll always do our best to source your specific needs. But if we're unable to, we'll offer a very close alternative.
